Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this site or place an order with Mavero.
Owner to complete before launch. Terms of service have to identify the trading entity and the governing law. Supply your registered business name, business address, contact email, and the U.S. state whose law governs these terms, and they will replace the placeholders below.
Who you’re dealing with
This store is operated by [business legal name — owner to supply] of [business address — owner to supply] (“Mavero”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [contact email — owner to supply] or via our contact page.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, or a price or product description was listed in error — and if we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Payment is taken through Wix’s checkout and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
Owner to complete before launch. State whether prices include sales tax, and how tax is calculated and shown at checkout, once you’ve configured tax in Wix.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photographs show the item you receive, including the lid, straw and straw topper. Colours can look slightly different between screens.
Owner to complete before launch. Confirm and publish the product’s verified specifications — capacity, materials, and care instructions — and state any limits on use. Nothing about capacity, material, dishwasher, microwave, heat, insulation or leak resistance is claimed anywhere on this site, because none of it has been verified.
Intellectual property and third-party names
Owner action required before launch. The current product listing uses third-party brand and character names. Confirm you hold the rights or authorisation to use them for this product, or change the product title and copy to lawful generic wording before publishing. Nothing on this site claims the product is official, licensed, authentic, or affiliated with any rights holder.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Owner to complete before launch. Add a limitation-of-liability clause and a warranty statement reviewed for the jurisdictions you sell into. Consumer-protection law limits what can be excluded, so this should be drafted or checked by a lawyer rather than copied from another store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state — owner to supply], United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
